Canada’s University of Winnipeg will offer the President’s Scholarship for World Leaders in 2023

For new international students enrolling in any of the university’s programs, the President’s Scholarship for World Leaders at the University of Winnipeg is given.

Concerning the University of Winnipeg

The University of Winnipeg (UWinnipeg, UW) is a public research university with undergraduate faculties of art, business, economics, education, science, kinesiology, and applied health, in addition to graduate programs. It is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Manitoba College and Wesley College, which united to form United College in 1938, served as UWinnipeg’s founding colleges. When United College was granted a charter, the University of Winnipeg was created. The structure of the government was based on the provincial University of Toronto Act of 1906, which created a bicameral system of university government with a senate (faculty) in charge of academic policy and a board of governors (citizens) in charge of financial policy and formal authority in all other matters. The president served as a liaison between the groups to provide institutional leadership and was chosen by the board.
