Concerning Curtin University
An Australian public research university with its headquarters in Bentley, Perth, Western Australia, Curtin University was originally known as the Curtin University of Technology and Western Australian Institute of Technology (WAIT). With 59,939 students in 2021, it will be the largest university in Western Australia and bear the name of John Curtin, who served as Prime Minister of Australia from 1941 to 1945.
The Western Australian Parliament enacted a piece of legislation in 1986 that granted Curtin university status. At that time, the university has grown and now has campuses in Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, and Mauritius in addition to its connections to 90 other exchange universities in 20 different nations. The institution has 95 expert centers spread throughout its five main faculties. In Sydney, it had a campus from 2005 until 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship
- Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible engineering course
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Australian Permanent, Resident New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Humanitarian visas, and International students.
- Applicants must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests: IELTS – 6.5
- Applicants must have a previous degree certificate with outstanding academic achievement.

Application Procedures
To apply, applicants need to take admission to choose the program they would like to study at Curtin University. After being accepted, all admitted freshman applicants fill out the application form considered for the study award.
