Global Spartan Scholarship at San Jose State University – USA, 2023
International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) established the first Global Spartan Scholarship in the autumn of 2020 to honor and support its new and existing international students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must exhibit academic quality, leadership, dedication to globalization and international education, and financial need to be considered for this fellowship.
Concerning the San Jose State University
A public university is located in San Jose, California, and is called San José State University. SJSU, which was founded in 1857, is the first campus of the California State University (CSU) system and the oldest public institution on the West Coast.
The SJSU main campus is 154 acres (62 hectares) in size, or nearly 19 square blocks, and is situated in the heart of San Jose. In the spring of 2023, SJSU will provide 150 bachelor’s degree programs, 95 master’s degree programs, five doctoral degree programs, 11 distinct credential programs, and 42 certificates. The WASC Senior College and University Committee has accredited San Jose State University.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship
- Applicants must be active students at SJSU for the following academic year.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Applicants are required to submit official TOEFL, Academic IELTS, or Academic PTE Scores.
