Details of Award: The scholarship provides a tuition fee waiver of up to $10,000 for successful candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for the International Scholarship

  • Applicants must also provide evidence of English language proficiency through an approved English language test such as TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent.
  • Additionally, they must submit a personal statement outlining their interest in conservation biology, their academic achievements, and their future goals.
  • Applicants must have received and accepted the unconditional offer of admission into the program and achieved an overall GPA greater than 5 in their undergraduate program (students with a GPA under 5 are ineligible for consideration in the scholarship round).

International applicants are required to complete the School of Biological Sciences International Scholarship in Conservation Biology application form. The deadline for this application is 28 April in the year of commencement.
